Detox thread to end all detox threads.

Searchbarred and checked other detox threads for the questions I have and more extensive information on detox process, but they weren't very helpful.

I'm about to do a detox and I have some questions specific to it. It's called GHF and it is a liquid, not pill. here are my questions

1. It says not to eat 12 hours before. How lenient is this?

2. Also says not to consume any unwanted toxins prior to use. What are these unwanted toxins? I know this includes alcohol and caffeine, but what about cigarettes or anything else?

3. I was told that if i'd smoked within 48 hours prior to doing detox that it wouldn't work, is this true?

I'll be doing some research as well and I'll post whatever answers I have.

Also, please post any information on detoxes you've tried and what works, what doesn't.

You don't need to buy a kit. Just flush your system, take niacin pills, searchbar, google, etc.

I want to add to this thread, and my question is do the pills actually work? Has anyone had to use them, or have any experience with them?

2. Unless you need to cleanse your system of the nicotine in cigarettes, then it is okay to continue smoking.

3. It is suggested that you stop ingesting "toxins" 48-72 hours in advance but it has been known to work with just 5 hours.

I couldn't find any information on the eating part, but I'm guessing as long as you have a fairly empty stomach it should work.
