Troubles with pre release
hey every one so i have a pair of px 14s and they seem to release way more than they should, i was wondering if there is anything i can do to prevent this and or just make them a little better
i have the din set to 10 but still no luck HELP!
make sure your forward pressure is set properly. if you dont know how, take them to your shop and they should do it for free
^ ight ill make shure to check that
If the sole of the toe of heel of your boot is really worn down it might not be holding in the binding right and slip out easily.
Please crank your DIN down.
dont blindly crank your din. thats the worst advice ever.
how old are the bindings? the newer style of px has a plastic heel track that is prone to cracking. you wont notice just skiing, but as soon as you spin they will fly off. check you heels for wobbles and cracks
weight isn't the only factor in din. hight/ability/binding/conditions(to an extent) all must be considered. im 6'2" 155lbs and dont ski below 12 on anything.
Going out on a limb, if he's having trouble pre-releasing and is asking for help on a forum, he's not as strong a skier as yourself.
Generalization, yes I know, but still.
not true just do not know alot about bindings yet
