theres more than one type of shinbang. and the one from landing backseat comes from the flexing of the actual shinbone itself. BOOSTER STRAPS wont do anything to prevent this. only properly fitting boots and minimal room to move your foot and shin will am i not right?

Ibuprofen(advil) actually does speed up the healing process. Next time you have shinbang, before you go to bed take 2 pills of ibuprofen and when you wake up you will notice a huge difference. Without ibuprofen it usually takes about 10 days before my shinbang fully subsides, when i use ibuprofen, i notice a huge improvement after just 1 night and about 5 days to fully heal.
