IPod Touch Video Converter

Maybe I'm slightly rahtardud, but I can't find a free video converter to put videos on my touch. All the ones I've found are either not free, not for mac, or only convert a minute long because it's a trial version, puts a watermark on the video, or a bunch of other shit. Can anyone hook me up with a link to a free converter for mac?
