High School bans dancing

My high school just banned grinding/freak-dancing from school dances the day before the biggest school dance of the year. They said if they catch anyone doing it the dance will be immediately canceled. Dances at my school have been sub par for a while, and student government has been working on making them better. The administration's reasoning for banning grinding is a poll we took over a year ago, where a supposed 40% of the school said that grinding made them uncomfortable, and they were bing excluded. Senior prom is 100% funded by the proceeds of the next dance, and no one is going to go so we are boned.

Anyone else dealt with similar problems at their school?

my school hardly even dances
its literally an orgy on the dance floor. EVERYONE HOOKS UP WITH EVERYONE. like, i have friends getting with 5+ girls in a night, and some girls (always trashed) get with 10+ guys in a night. its almost gross, especially if your like the 7th guy to get with a girl, there is just so much other spit then hers

my schools banned all dances because of kid "dirty dancing".... and cause some dumb lg's got tanked and fingerd in the halls

just get a ton of people and get some money together, rent out a warehouse and go hyyyyyphyyyyyy.
or if that doesn't work just play ur music real loud in the parking lot and get at it

my school has rules against grinding/freaking etc. but that doesn't stop the entire school from doing it. The rules are there just to appease the parents... who don't go in the dance. Our admin. and teachers are chill enough that they just don't give a fuck... but we do get breathalyzed on the way in. Not on the way out though, so people just bring their booze in, and get high before they enter

The exact same thing happened in our school a couple days ago.  Just google sexual bending and its like the first ten results.  Leno even made a joke about it thursday night, and then ended up calling our school an all boys school, fag . 

Some of our rules are rediculous, like always have two feet on the dance floor, and no cleavage showing.  They're even going to video tape it "for our safety".
