What Size Board

I used to board alot when i was younger but since then ive been to busy with school and sports to actually hit the slopes. Im looking at buying a new board but i dont know what size to get im think a 156 or 158 im 5'8 and 190lbs if anyone has some suggestions id appreciate it.

im 5'9 and im 135 pounds.. and when i board i ride a 159 burton. i dont know if that helps for reference but yeah.

I'm 6' and I ride a 153 forum. IMO having a smaller board makes spinning a lot easier.

depends on what kinda riding you do. park/urban probably a 150-153 if your that tall. i'm 6'0 and i ride a 153 rome.

Im gonna do some park but ill still free ride, and im not to tall so im thinking at getting an alibi in 156 or 154 because i mainly go to sierra at tahoe and northstar in cal and sierras parks pretty sick

everyone i ride with uses between 153-156 for park and some all mountain. all about your height and ranging from 145-210 pounds
