Seperated shoulder

yesterday I seperated my shoulder, falling onto ice.  Its not a terrible seperation, but I havnt been to my docter yet.  But just wondering whos had it, and how long were you off the slopes.

well my friend separated his shoulder and he can't do anything now
so get it checked out and don't do anything with it

kinda random but i just broke my collar bon yesterday and am out till end of march, it SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend you see your doctor. Shoulder separations are nothing to take lightly. Once injured, they are severely prone to more injuries, easier. Baby it.

Definetly go see a doctor.

i made the mistake of just thinking my shoulder would heal itself after i dislocated it and now i can irrate if i move it the wrong way even though it happened last season. If you really want it to start getting better you have to work out the muscles around the shoulder. itll make it stronger and less prone to re-injury.

ive seperated both my shoulders pretty bad both times... neglected too see a dodctor. and it comes back to haunt me sometimes it hurts to sleep.... get it looked at man!
