Alberta Canada: Avalanche Courses.

Hey if anyone has any information on where I might be able to do my level 1 avalanche training, I know there are the AST courses but I can't seem to find any information on them anywhere. If you know of some in alberta could you let me know?

i think they do one at lake louise and/or sunshine village. farther away they do in revelstoke and fernie as well i believe

Wipe-Out ski and bike in red deer is putting one on in a week or so and i think there is still a spot or two left if you wanna sign up. it is 140 bucks for the 2 day course in banff and i think you have to find your own accomodation.

yamnuska in canmore is where i did man. i think its 200 or so for a 2 day course.
