Dad's don't really give a shit if they get anything for Christmas, so don't think of what he'd like. The mom's the one you've gotta please. I'd say go with a nice Christmas ornament.

I think that they'll appreciate whatever you decide to do, wether it's a card or gift-either one is thoughtful. However, if you decide to go with a card make sure you write them a nice note, simple but they'll value it more.
