Possible Shin Bang Cure

So i search barred shin bang cures and i know there are a lot of different ways people have come up with but i didn't find the one i am about to give you, so here it is

I read this in a magazine with my friend in a study hall at school so it wasn't my idea. take one of those cozy things that you can put around a beer bottle, soda can etc. cut the cozy in two pieces and pop the bottom out so it fits right onto ur shins. i have recently tried it and seems to work pretty well and you can find those things for free like everywhere, u might even have a couple in ur house.

my friend does the cozy thing and i know he's never had shin bang while doing it, and it definitely beats paying $400+ for new boots

any proper fitting boot will help your shin bang go away, not just full tilts

buy booster straps, buy full tilts,  if you're bending your knees alot to land or pop or press, these fore mentioned products will prevent this motion, and only hinder your performance. they will restrict you from doing what you want therefore stopping shin bang, sweet!

this recent shin bang phenomenon is being caused by trying to bend your knees, and the plastic tongue that even the full tilts has is binding as it bends and is digging in to the shin causing rashes and even breaking of the skin.

besides the beer coozy idea, which is great, i found cushions that are perfectly cut to fit the tongue of my boot, i dont use them all the time, but they are nice.

Are you saying put this in between your shin and the tongue of your boot when you're skiing?  And this helps?  Not hating on the idea, but sounds like the same thing as wearing socks that are thicker around the calves.  That has never worked for me.

Are they model A's? cuz mine were 150 and i was told by the guy at the store that they are the exact same thing as the booters. Just 2 years older

yeah you put them in between ur shins and the tongues. believe me it works i was just testing it out in my backyard. its so comfy!

the cozy/mousepad is much thicker than a sock with padding around the calf or at least the ones I have, just cut off a piece to fit in between the front of your calf and your boot

Yes, but I have invested another 30 for new tongues from the BB pros. So I guess I spent 180 and got a #2 flex and a #6 flex dual density tongue

calcium and protein bud. i was in your boat when i was younger and the best thing you can do is grow a strong healthy pair of legs, i tried it all, drilling holes, cutting shit out and adding shit and all that does is ruin your boot.

some problems (if your boots fit fine anyway),

won't putting stuff in them mess up the fit?

possibly making bang even worse if you compress the pads all the way?

change the responsiveness of your skis?

losing ciculation in your legs/feet? 

just thoughts PS, booster straps are awesome, $25 to fix my shin bang was worth it for sure.
