yea lupe is dope, and same with biggie.

but who i am really suprised about is mos def. He is one of my favorites and easily one of the better hip-hop artists of all time. Has anyone ever seen him freestyle? swear to god thats how jesus sounded if he was to do it. He's an amazing lyricist for sure and makes my top 3 list.

trust me my man i wasnt saying that Rakim isnt one of the best. ive been bumpin Rakim since i had an 88 Honda Accord with the flip up head lights. Dont Sweat the Technique is one of my favorite songs ever. i was just curious as to why you thought he was the best.

black star is one of, if not the best. hip hop albums ever produced. Kweli and Mos Def are both incredibly talented lyricists and have great flow.



These will always be two of my favorite songs.

Third in my trinity would have to biggie, simply for everything he did to the genre. He destroys pac and has to be one of the most famous.

to be a holy trinity, it actually has to be a holy trinity... itd be something like
the father= pac or biggie
the son= 50 cent (im not a personal fan but he had a hell of a run...)
holyspirit= dr dre (hes brought up so many rappers)

This I feel like all you guys listen to is wu tang biggie Pac a tribe called quest and like jay z. There is so much more under the genre of hip hop that these people did help but weren't a major part of. Right now I'm a huge fan of oncue hoodie chris webby and not as much but loggy who I'm sure many of you have not heard of.
