Who has injuries already from opening day?

You know that guy sitting in the back of the lodge with an ice pack ?  That was me today.  bruised my arm pretty good doing Loopdy-Doo Whirly-Birds.  30 minutes later landed directly on the bruised arm.  Now it's the size of a lemon.  Lesson:  don't do "whirly-birds" until you have the "Loopdy-doos" down.

Who else has taken some good hits so far this w/e?

haha that was me too. luckily it was after a full day of skiing. i was skiing switch in some pow AKA closed run that hasent been groomed and my tips sunk into the ground. i flew backwards and double ejected while mid air my ski hits me in the cheek and gives me a big gash/bruise.

I hyper extended my knee yesterday... I was doing a straightline and thought to myself "fuck Im going to be so out of control at the bottome" So I started to make a turn and caught my edge, I ripped a pole strap off, ripped my helmet strap off, lost a mitten, both poles and both skis as I exploded down the hill.

yea, its on nitro and its not intimidating at all, you have to book to hit it and you just float over it. it's basically impossible to hurt yourself on it

540 saftey a 50 footer to land on friend.. tweaked my leg, broke his ski. there were no spotters and i thought he landed it. i didnt ski for like a week and a half. i live in the pnw so ive still been able to go up 7 times even with my lil break haha

just got back from mount snow and besides having some jello legs, im injury free. Almost nutted it wicked bad on the down rail though, thank god im tall

fuckin arm blew up like a balloon. No way in hell I'd risk falling on that.  I continued falling on my bruised hip learning  rails and now my hip clicks whenever i walk.  should've taken a pic and posted.

ya the whoel line at nitro was fun for little shiftys and 1s but the 4th jump, (one after the up box) was the nicest for anything off axis

i did a rodeo 5 and bounced off the knuckle then did another 180 and knocked the wind out of myself and slammed my cell phone into my thigh. that didnt feel to good but i'll be back tuesday reclaiming that park LoL

mount snow was kinda icy today but i managed to not get hurt... lol overshot some of the jumps by quite a bit but all i got was a face full of powder from spraying.

i dislocated my shoulder doing a butter 3, but i dislocated it in football a couple years back, so now i can do it purposely. but it still hurt. and last year i fractured the top of my tibia and todays powder day didnt help it at all. :(
