Step Brothers is not a funny movie

What the fuck? This isnt fucking funny. Its just 2 people with the IQ of a 10 year old fighting... its just another movie with the plot of "some people who are old act like they're retarded/much younger and do immature things."
The acting is fucking horrible, and Will Ferrel has been going downhill since he started.

Yeah i know im a year or 2 late but seriously. what the fuck? The only part of this movie worth watching is the 30 seconds with Seth Rogan in it... and even then its ruined by a fucking fart joke... cmon...


How can so many people honestly recommend this shit?

i literally loved every minute of that movie

most of the lines are priceless and it's easily the funniest movie i've seen in the past 3 years. just watch it like 30 times with a bunch of friends and it's incredibly amazing

Step brothers is good just because it doesn't make any claim whatsoever to being a good movie. Just because its a bad movie (by normal standards for rating serious movies) doesn't mean it isn't HILARIOUS, which it absolutely is.

Having a negative opinion about it is fine but stating it as fact is retarded.

You said that you like Superbad but not Step Brothers.  I don't get that at all what is different about the humor in these Superbad is not funny except for a the potty humor either.  And I have definitely seen more movies about high school kids wanting to party and get laid then movies about 40 year old step bothers living at home.

Stop trying to be cool by hating on something because it is popular.
