how do you do a 540. i can do one in sneakers but i have no clue on how to do them on skis. can anybody help? thanks

find a smaller table that you are comfortable going of and spinning on. get comfortable doing doing 3 and 180's. then just spin a little harder for the 5 and spot your landing, land switch and ride away clean.

The best way is go on a soft day, find a small 10 -15 foot kicker and just huck yourself. I did this and it works very well for 2 reasons. One, you learn how to let your balls hang out and just whip yourself and two your learn how to find yourself in the air. If you can throw 3's, you just have to throw a little bit harder and just go for it. Once you get it, you will be able to spin 5's off alot of small shit, than you work up to bigger tables and slower rotation. Hope this helps! I learned how spin 5's in one day doing this.

if you can do 3's and 180's u can do 5's just spin three like you normally but a little faster but keep your head looking into the direction of your spin once u see 5 strighten your head open your body up a little to stop your spin and stomp that shit

the key is just commiting all the way. eventually it gets real easy, at least it did for me, like it seems easier to land than a 3.

practice switch. find a jump where u can ride it out; not in the trees. basically just huck, and youll need to work on the forward/backward balance when u land. i did.
