That's really not fair that you get 6.0 for AP's and 5.0's for Honors. That's super unfair. I'd have a 5.8 with that.

Well, my high school had only one AP course, and that course was on the 4-point scale. Yeah, it was a crappy high school. My GPA was something like a 3.96 or so, I did pretty well, and then it was all downhill from there on.

HS gpas are so inflated now that my college doesn't even ask for a transcript except to prove that you graduated from HS somewhere. There was even talk of not allowing AP credits anymore without a skills test that actually proved you knew the shit.

I was homeschooled in HS, had a no bullshit grader for a mom and got a 3.79. Now I have one semester of college left and have a 3.7 in engineering.

Your ACT/SAT is way more important.
