K2 riding Monarch

Towards the end of last years season i was hearing talk about K2 coming to monarch once it closed to do something big.  Anyone know if it was just a rumor and had no chance or did they ever do anything with it?

Monarch...interesting.... on another note i'd rather ski just about anywhere other then that place.
