How to properly embed vimeo, youtube ect...

I have the fancy GUI editor and all I do is copy and past the embed code into the window and it works for some reason...

just dont use GUI editor, and copy paste code. or some people claim it works even with GUI on, who knows?!

mmhmm on my home pc i can copy paste anything and it'll work but on my mac it never works. ive learned to accept it.
