I pre-ordered my copy of Refresh & So far so hood months ago to be sent to uk. I then sent a request to level 1 asking to pay for access to watch refresh online which was processed over night! sadly my internet connection likes to play up:( I saw about half the movie which was mind blowing but then ma internet stopped and I tried to get it to work again and again only to use my 3 sessions and see half a movie.
I thought ok my stupid fault for having shit internet but a mate lives in the city with much faster connection. I have emailed level 1 several times trying to reset my acount, by that I mean PAY again to watch it again but from a different location, but after like two weeks still nothing:(Hopefully someone from level 1 will read this and help me as there is also a talk of postal strikes here and a just would like to see the other half of the movie as it could take months to arrive:(Any help would make my day thanks.
