maybe see if skullcandy sells just the caps?

skullcandy has literally hundreds of different icons that they give out every year and such so im going to say its probly something like that or special made for a rider thats on saga and sk

I met a dude that works for saga and owns has some just like that but different colors. He just had small saga stickers that he put on his.

Its Steve Stepp, i dought he would spray paint his own skullcandys, he doesnt care about advertizing for saga, but saga wants him too.  i was wondering if anyone knew how to get ahold of customized plates like these

It's Witt Foster. 
And either they got a limited amount of them made, or it's a Die cut sticker.  I know Saga has diecuts that small... so that's probably what it is. 
And people that ride for a company care so much about advertising for that company... especially Witt and a small company like Saga that is super tight knit.  The few people that work for Saga, and the small group that rides for them is all super close and work together to promote eachother.

I'd say they're just stickers, but you could always contract Skullcandy, they'll be the ones with the most info.
