Mounting suggestions for '10 kung fujas

Im deciding where to mount some marker griffons (not schizo) on the 09-10 kung fujas.  I will be mostly using these skis for skiing the pow and crud in VT, maybe a little in the park (25%).      I have the old PEs mounted at +3 as a park/all mtn ski, which i liked, but considering the tip/tail rocker i was wondering if i should mount the KFs more forward? Anyone know the K2 recommended position?

core and true center are the same. meaning they are designed to be mounted true center.

^ I don't think that's true - I'm pretty sure core center is a bit back from true center. Since you're gonna be using them more for all mountain skiing, I would mount them like -2 from core center.

What's the difference between the "traditional" position versus the core position?  Does K2 recommend mounting at the traditional line?

It is true, core center and true center are exactly the same. I've played with them and tested this. Mount them center you will have a blast.

^i wanted to mount them center but i heard some people complain about the tips diving down in the pow with the 08 obsetheds mounted center which have a similar rocker.  thoughts?

fujas are softer. so they should flex more and tip dive less. but the rocker on the ski doesn't mean the tips will never dive...you just have to learn to ride pow differently....focus hard on liek balancing centered, not trying to pressure your tips at all.

in my opinion, you should mount skis where they were designed to be skied. ever ride a centermounted park ski that was meant to be backmounted? suuuucks. core and true are the same by the way, first thing i did when i got them was flip them and compare.

on this ski maybe, but on most skis this is not true. core center is where the ski is thickest, true center is the true center of the ski

core center is slightly back from true center (less than 1cm, its an almost symmetrical ski 126 shovel/120 i believe), but its essentially the same as true center, plus you keep the warranty if you mount em core.  i had '09s and just got the '10s, had my 09s mounted core center and they were perfect.   same deal for the '10s.  my vote: core center, sick ski, shouldnt dive on ya if you stay balanced.
