lastnight i started grinding and doing boxes. The boxes i just went straight on the get the feel... Grings was alright i slid down and i kinda slid off backwards and landed fakie. I wasnt trying to do it or anythiung i just came off like that. I noticed the rail is a lot slicker than the boxes. and suggestions for sliding boxes the right way, sideways and for the rails for me? thanks

try to keep your feet about shoulder width. if there to close together you'll slip out and if there to far apart you'll be grinding your edges. and like maximumsushi said tunr the full ninety degrees.
