hold your breath till you pass out

or what i do that always works is you consciously think about relaxing every muscle in your body starting from your toes, and then when everything is relaxed just count your breaths.

Blazing puts me right to bed. Just about every night for last 4 or 5 months I have blazed a bong bowl or two and then just flopped right to sleep. I recommend this.
