HI the Elan have been drilled 3xs.. the railflex binds will fit most boots and you can move them on the ski form center mount to below center mount... they are in excellent condition $180 shipped to you

The PX12 are in new condition though used for 24 hrs..$90 shipped to you

Add a few more $$ for shipping to Canada.. whatever it takes...
