hey guys, this year its time for some new park skis. to let u know, im 5ft 9, 130 lbs, and just turned 15. i have been considering armada alphas, and the line afterbangs, but will consider others. any suggestions are appreciated.
where do you ski (east coast, west coast) I'm assuming park based on those, but how much park vs all mountain, and how much time are you going to be spending on rails vs jumps and how big are said jumps. this will help us help you...I'm trying to decide between the Alpha 2, the Afterbang, Anthems, and Nine Lives so those are some suggestions (I don't need help now as I wont be getting those till January as my secondary ski).
i ski in whistler bc 95 precent of the time. i do mostly big mtn, but i already have a pair of skis for that. but im about 60% big mtn, 40% park. when im in the park, i hit more rails and boxes then jumps, but i usually do medium or small large jumps.
They are actually what I use in the park. They are designed as a park ski that is actually capable of skiing non-park terrain. But if you were to ask me If they are more of an all mountain or park ski, I would definitely say park.
