I hate Nickelback, and so do you. List reasons why.
Reason #1: All their songs sound the same.
Reason #2: They spawned an entire subsegment of rock...'crappy bands that sound like Nickelback in order to sell more records.'. Example: Default.
Keep the hate alive, post one of the reasons you hate Nickelback.

2. As superficial as it makes me sound, Chad Kroeger is one busted motherfucker. While it may distract me from him and his foolish bandmate's noise pollution, his face is so hideous that I fall under a vegetative trance
3. I don't know why but his videos play on mtv more times than real world reruns. I dread the day that their albums are released.

Ahah... I hate Nickelback, because at the Chili's across from my building, there's a waiter who is dead on the guy from Nickelback. His quality of service is directly proportional to the quality of Nickelback's music. So you guys can imagine. Everytime, he is bad on refills and getting orders out, then right before he brings the check out, he apologizes w/ some lame ass excuse, then brings you the check, expecting that he'll still get an alright tip. Every time he does it.

Unfortunately, Canada is responsible for spawning the musical evil known as Nickelback. I considered moving to Europe and dissociating myself of my Canadian passport when I first heard Nickelback, but then realized that even the best country in the world can make a mistake every now and then. So I stayed, and have vowed to hate Nickelback ever since.

its called numetal, and it was developed by artists and the record industry. The record industry picks up bands with no talent but a certain image and sound and markets them as mainstream to the mainstream type of people who listen to them. People that were brought up listening to certain types of music that apparently enjoy that garbage. Uneducated unrefined people. Trashbags, whatever. Fortunately for us, numetal is on its way out and indie/alternative bands are on their way in, slowly.
