I'm a stocky 5'10 170 lbs
i should be working out a lot more as a football and lacrosse player, but i'm lazy as fuck. i used to be pretty chubby as a little kid but i grew out of that. Im not the strongest, i dont have the most endurance, but i'll beat the shit out of you

for skiing get your legs strong and(for park anyways) be light.
  For your legs, build up with squats or deadlift.  Strong legs from this=stronger knees=longer days/less chance of injury.  Helped me a lot.
  when that is going well, don't be a fatass.  If you are currently a total fatass with no intent on eating fruit, than become an alcohalic to the point that you throw up everything in your stomach =).

Arm workouts do not help skiing.  FWI I am 6'0", 160lbs, max deadlift was 345(thats 3 45lb, 1 10lb, and 1 5lb weight on each side of the 45lb bar)  last time I did that a bit back, haven't tried to max squats in a long time.

i'm pretty active, i skate, go on runs, sometimes play sports, workout a little, and i'm decently fit. i am very strong and stocky though, 5'9, 150 lbs. i have a little bit of fat that i want to get rid of. it's not lots but it's enough to get in the way of muscle definition which i should have because there's a good amount of muscle in my body hidden behind a thin veil of fat.

175 and 6'4, i dont ever go to the gym and do weights and shit but i surf and ski and bike around a fair bit, used to play rugby and recently took up boxing, got beat the shit out of in a recent fight with a 43 year old ex SAS pti, not a good opponent for a second fight.

6'5 205 played football for thirteen years so prob described as stockier, and thats not necessarily true that ligher = better for park ive taken some crashes that if i were smaller or less muscle structure i wouldnt of walked away from. look at nick martini and liam downey both are tearing it up at higher heights/weights

I'm 6'2 and 210 lbs. My legs are like fucking tree trunks. Overall, I'm a pretty big guy compared to most. I don't workout that much, but I kayak a shit load, bike, and my job is walking door to door. So I think I'm in good shape except for a little bit of winter coat round the mid section.

during the school year i was going to the gym every day before or after classes, now that summer started and i work every day 7am - 6pm and then either play baseball or go wakeboarding every day ive slowed down to 1 - 2 times a week if i can find the time and energy to go. i am 5'11 175lbs

im fairly strong, but my legs are definitely waaay stronger than my arms, tramping every single day will do that

5'10, 165-170 depending on the day, i lift alot like 4-6 times a week, and i caddy for my leg workouts, im a pretty strong kid, max bench last year was 295lb's, i havent maxed benched since because of a bad shoulder

5'6 and 1/2, 16 years old...i go to the gym around 2-4 times a week and alternate my work outs.  I try and get my self to run to the gym too (5k).  So far im doing a well rounded work out for my whole body but when fall comes il start focusing more on my lower body.

6'0'' ripped as fuck.  i do landscaping for work, so i get outside all day everyday.  lifting bags of dirt, and other shit all day, while getting a tan.  gets me in perfect shape for soccer season. and during the summer the ladies seem to notice.
