Internal hard drive upgrade for macbook?

where can i find a good internal hard drive for a macbook 13"? i've looked around but i don't know what's good and what isn't. does anyone know where to find one? do they sell them at the apple store? i'm looking for about 320 GB but anything thats above 120 would be fine. thanks.

you could always get an external HD instead, then you wont destroy your laptop hd so quick by filling it with movies and such
