BUMMED OUT OVER CAMPS

i made a post about which freeride camp i should go to this summer, i only knew woodward was closest to me, everything is miles away, im from New York, so basically i have to throw down crazy money and airline, this BLOWS
i love to ski, so should you, its fun, try it sometime

alright, im seriously looking into empire it looks great, parents needa stop spending the dough on my sis and her swimming and a bit on me and my skiing lol, at least i got new 10's and and everything this year....eh moneys tight but thats alright, i'll find a way to empire if its the last thing i do!!!!

Sell crack, then you can go to any camp all summer! Then when thats over you can buy yourself some more crack! It will solve most any problem.

hey, be thankful that your parents are even willing to cover the cost of a skiing summer camp at all. The only thing my parents did to ''encourage'' me skiing was to drop me off at my little local hil every night so I'de be out of their hair, and even then my season pass was my xmass present so I got squat at xmass.

Yeah man, Me and John went to empire last year and it was awesome.. check out the website: www.empirefreeride.com.... and I made like a 4 minute DVD on camp, shitty quality cause the camera sucked but it still shows the dopeness of the beartoohs.. if you want a copy I could probably send you one... other then that if you have any questions just message me or John (JibRemix)

my parents wont pay a single bit of it...these kids i talked to at gore say they go every yr..and they just pay like 200 bucks and a plane ticket..thats not alot to pay

Dude, if you have a job, you should have no problem. I bought new skis this year and didnt blink. As long as you arent spending your money in too many other places, $1200-1500 for a ski camp isnt too bad.

the last couple years i paid for half and went to sms. it costed me around $800. next year im kinda going to college so i really cant afford to throw down the big bucks. im pissed, but then i remember, as fun as whistler is for a week, im pretty sure it cant top a year at uvm.

i think it would be better to just save up and try and bum around through the winter for a few weeks at a certain hill or area instead of going to these camps

somehow last winter/spring i worked and saved up enough for camp, a plane ticket, and all new equipment. Throughout summer and fall, i spent a total of 7 grand on drugs of numerous sorts. now i'm broke and i just realized that if i would have saved half of that money, i could go to camp for the next 2 summers. damn.
