hey guys i remember reading a thread about some Fitness Program that increases metabolism by 9x or 19x or something like that. What is it called my parents want to do it :|

another good way to boost your metabolism is to eat 5-6 small meals a day rather than 3 regular meals. I crap 2-3 times a day usually [/claim]
