Please Stop Complaining about Ads. Rant.

In almost every video now i read at least 1-3 comments about the ads. Just stop bitching. they are there and will stay. For those of you who dont want them please, and i SAY PLEASE...download Firefox then Ad-block Plus! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. It will rid you from your ad saking pain, and save me from reading any more comments about the ads.

I wish there was a way to disable just video ads with ADP because I don't mind so much the ads on NS and it does help support them but the only ones that bother me are the video ads.

just because you made a thread ill complain one more time. Why is the axe add the only one before the videos now, i could stand the 12-15 second adds by solomon that had skiing in them.

all the whining is fucking irritating, look:
NS needs money
ads=money
money + NS = lots of fun times now and in the future

What if NS found more profitable venues for advertising. It could give unregistered guests like thirty pop ups on every page.

then guests would be turned off by a site that bombards you with pop ups
which means less new members
which means less people on the site
which means less people to view ads
which means less of an audience for advertising companies
which means less of an attraction to put an ad on NS
which means less money for NS
which means NS runs out of money
which means no more NS
which means :(

Step 1: People don't like the ads.
Step 2: People find ways to get around having to look at the ads, like ABP.
Step 3: People see fewer ads.
Step 4: NS must allow even MORE ads, to make up for the impressions we lost because everyone installed ABP.
Step 5: People don't like the new ads.

It's a vicious circle to which you're contributing. The fact is, this is a free website and it's going to stay free, but the money has to come from somewhere, and without Axe's support there would simply BE no Newschoolers.com at this moment.
