Well giving money back would kinda contradict the whole donating idea now wouldn't it. You are giving money from your own free will, therefore no reimbursment is required.
ALSO, donating money does NOT allow someone to be above the rules.
And if you were banned, you must have done something pretty stupid because Harvey is a softy when it comes to bannings.

Your movie ticket analogy makes far less sense than his cancer analogy. You didn't buy a ticket to use newschoolers, then get kicked off. You gave money to help the site develop and to show your appreciation for the thousands upon thousands of hours of work myself, cko, and ethan do and have done on the site.

If you were buying a membership then lost it, you'd have a point, but alas, you did no such thing.

I'm still waiting for your address, and 'Phrosty' was still not banned. I am looking at the banned list right now, and oh, you aren't on it. If you used your computer for something bad and your IP was banned, then that's just bad planning.
