mcgill's tuition for international kids is going wayyy up next year// concordia isn't nearly as tough to get into and the overall schooling isn't as hard. Plus montreal is an insane city, there's also Bishops University as previously mentioned, those are the three english schools in quebec.
New Brunswick has an okay ski hill and okay universities, U of New Brunswick and St. Thomas. They also have Mt. A, which is a great school, just super small.
Nova Scotia has, Dalhousie, St Fx, St. Mary's, Acadia and mount st vincent.
It all depends on how good your grades are and how important skiing is// and if you want to live in a city or a small university town
going to a state university can be cheaper, as an international student expect to pay minimum $13000 and up to $20000
