How does one wake up without waking everyone else up?...

^This, I'm trying to find a way that I can wake up early without waking people in the room next to me and so on, has to be quiet obviously,and i'm not the lightest sleeper either sooooo

Set an alarm for your phone and put it on a solid surface next to you when you go to bed. Set it for vibrate.

Wake up an don't make a lot of noise?

Install hydraulics on one side of your bed, and program them to lift the bed at whatever time you want and they will roll you off your bed onto the floor.

haha no, but that would be funny, it's just that normally it takes a super loud alarm clock, or 3 alarm clocks to wake me up, and sometimes that doesn't work...

set your biological clock. Before you go to sleep repeat to yourself 10 times the time you want to wake up and then you should be all set. i swear, it works for me.

my room mate in first year university didn't set an alarm the entire year. Didn't even bring an alarm clock with him. He used his watch to tell the time. He said ever since he could remember, before he would go to bed he would say "I am going to get up at X o'clock". He never missed by more then 5 minutes give or take. Mid terms, finals, 8:00am class after 2:00am hockey games, it didn't matter. I tried a few times and failed miserably. Some people are just mind freaks haha.

Haha I've never tested my skills to the extent of exams but I can do this exact same thing. I thought only myself and Kramer could do this. I just look at the clock, think to myself "I'll wake up at X o'clock which is Y hours from now" and just do it.

But OP....REally!? How are you this loud. I live in a dorm room that is literally 12 x 20 feet and I never wake up my roomie and he never wakes me up when we have classes. I really think you must be screaming as you wake up.

Thats what i did last year, never woke up roomate sleeping 4 feet away from me but never failed to wake up for my 8 am.

Depending on what kind of bed frame you have, stick your phone inbetween your mattress and your frame or whatever and set your phone to vibrate. Vibrating bed alarm clock!

yeah I remember there last intramural hockey game was from 1-2am, they got home around 2:30, were out drinking till about 4:30 celebrating the win and season, and he was up to go to his 8am class. Completely mind boggling.

sleep with your curtains open, and set an alarm.
the morning light will bring you out of a deep state of sleep, making you hear your alarm and getting up easy..
trust me, when i sleep with curtains closed, i get up at like 11, with them open ill get up at 9 or 8

I set my phone to vibrate and put it under my pillow as my alarm. it wakes me up cuz it scares the crap out of me every morning but its really quiet and my roomate doesnt hear it

and usually people dont mind alarm clocks because they can usually fall back to sleep if it isnt theres, if you continue to be loud after the alarm clock i can see them getting pissed.

haha thanks for gettin it haha, and no i dont wake up screaming or have night terrors, it's for sneakin out after bein asleep for a bit and then ?????, and hopefully afterwards profit will come hahaha-or whatever order that's normally in i dont care

If 3 alarms won't wake you up, a vibrating phone on a table won't either.....but, if you put a vibrating phone down your pants....i think you have a better chance at waking up. ;)

yah..alarm clocks are overrated.  I dont even use a watch anymore, I realized I kept looking at it and felt like the time nazi. I prefer to ask for the time when its really necessary. Its also a good excuse to start conversation hah.

I put my phone on vibrate and shut it on the collar of my shirt. Usually doesn't fall off and lately I've been struggling to get up, so sounds don't work and putting it on my bed doesn't work either. When I feel it, fuck it's scary but it works.

And yes sometimes I wake up strangled in my charger cord. Super fun.
