Ugggh problem with 3s

I have been working on doing some 3s, and have been having some problems with landing backseat and washing out in my landing. How do I combat the tendency of leaning backwards/washing out in my landing? Hope this isn't a re post just am getting frustrated.

for certain its a repost, but because a lot of people have this problem. remember to lead with your shoulders and head. get the jump dialed too. a nice smooth transition is key.

Just keep practicing.  That's really the only secret to 3's.  It's a hard trick to get down.
