HTML/CSS drop down menu help! +10/10 for sure

Hey all,
I'm making a website for an outdoor orientation program symposium I'm organizing this year. I'm looking to put a classy roll over menu at the top that looks something like this:

I'm having trouble making it work though. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can easily put this menu in my website? I'm coding in HTML (simple) and this is really the only advanced piece I want on my website. Hopefully someone has an easy sollution (as in, "copy and paste this code and it will work")

Oh by the way, it doesn't have to be that menu exactly, just something similar (horizontal with dropdowns)

google suckerfish css dropdowns, or something like that. i've used modified versions of their code for a few projects and it's worked out pretty well, and is pretty straightforward too. they explain everything for up to like 3 levels deep or something.
