Most of the people who have posted in here are completely ignorant to what NO-XPLODE is....
I've taken it before, and I read the label, and I felt the effects
First off - it DOES have some creatine in it. However, it is the vitamin B-12 that does most of the work, contrary to all your retarded beliefs.
The B-12 pretty much pumps you up, and along with some other ingredients - like the creatine, caffeine etc. - it gets more blood going to your muscles, to more or less emulate "the pump."
"The pump" is what you get after you do some reps, where the blood fills up your muscles, making you look better, and feel better. The extra blood = extra oxygen = more power = more reps.
