I don't know how many of you are aware of this, but the mcdonalds lady didn't just sue because she spilled hot coffee on herself. There was more to it than that. There had been several complaints against that particular location because their coffee was significantly hotter than "normal" hot coffee. The Mcdonalds ignored the numerous complaints and someone was injured because of it. That's called negligence.
As to your situation - you can contact a lawyer and try to sue, but I doubt you are going to get anywhere. A small piece of bone in ground beef isn't completely unheard of. Nor was it because of any negligent behavior of Mcdonalds. Unfortunately that is a risk you take when eating meat that is processed in that manner. If you don't like it, become a vegetarian. Or raise and butcher your own cattle so you can be sure that there aren't any less desirable pieces that might have accidentally slipped by. It'd be different if you found a human finger, but you found a small piece of bone. Deal with it.
