hej guys

my buddy had a bad shinbang, so he ordered these!

or you could just learn how to ski...plus these shintronic things shouldn't be able to fit between your suck and your boot with cutting off circulation, unless your boots are too big.

hey i ust to have really bad shin bang problems and stress fractured shins and i got something like those called eliminators and they work really well

getting rid of shin bang entirely is impossible full tilts are in my opinion more placebo than actually doing anything i have personally experienced shin bang in them one good idea is putting foam from like an egg carton between your tongues and shins another is and this may sound redic but land switch on things more

just thought about this but after seeing that couldnt you just use a baseball sweat band like a 3-4 inch one  right at the cuff of the boot to fill the gap between boot and leg, hence just as effective, i think i might try!

shintronic hahaha creative name, just ski in a wetsuit or maybe put a tourniquet on your leg and you wont feel you shins it's going to have the same effect.

i've actually used the shintronics...

they are a good alternative to buying a new pair of boots if your boots don't fit great.

i still got bang with them, but a lot less.

Shinbag is not caused by impact with the front of your boot. You can insert all the foam and padding you want, all it will do is hinder your skiing. Shinbang is caused when you over stress the muscles in your shins. To solve this problem stop landing backseat. Two or three backseat hits will usually end my day in severe shin pain. Learn how to pop = no more shinbang

Yes that is one way to get shinbang, but there are multiple kinds. My boots simple don't fit correctly so my shins just kind of float around in the boot upper. So every time I land my shins push forwards and smash into the front of my boots. It's not the stereotypical 'shinbang' but it hurts just the same. i've had both and they're just about equal although this kind leaves bruises. It is caused by ill-fitting boots so new boots are the best idea but some people can't just buy new boots whenever they want so this looks like it would work well for them.

try to get ahold of a wet suit and cut the bottom portion under the knee off. Then do what the company forgot to do in there product, cut a hole in the leg pieces you just freshly cut where your contact point of your shin would be. This relieves stress from that area of your leg and keeps it from succumbing to the evils of shin bang. I also sowed on 1"X 1" wide pieces of foam to the edges of the hole around the shin to keep it at a further distance from my sore shins.

From the looks of it, these things are way too thick to fit in a properly fitting ski boot. You would have to buy your boots a full size up from what is really needed to fit these pieces of shit into your liner.  Simply put, buy Booster Straps and all of your problems will get better very quickly!
