4 major concussions, shattered elbow(re-contructive surgery teflon joint titanium bone structure) multiple rib fractures

all of them were related to hockey though, lost possible scholarships to d1 schools because of it :( now i just ski :p

ive had carbon monoxide poisonin
seperated shoulder a few times
took a skate to my arm which cut my vein artery and nerve still cant feel parts of my hand thats 23 stitches
all from hockey
broken a few finders and had a few gashes skiin

landed backseat switch in the mashed potatoes at whistler summer camp. my tail sliced my back open, kind of a filet cuz it like went in. that plane ride home sucked.

i can't remember them all but here's a few memorable ones:

-tore every muscle in right arm from shoulder to wrist (sledding)
-dislocated left shoulder twice in two weeks (rugger)
-tore all right leg quad muscles (skateboarding)
-ripped a huge chunk of left shoulder off, could see bone (longboarding)

the rest are just tears, dislocations, concussions, etc. small stuff.

Just from skiing I have:
-pulled both rotator cuff muscles, simultaneously
-broken both shoulders several times, simultaneously on the second occasion
-sprained my ankles several times
-sprained my wrist several times
-class two concussions
-swollen face but somehow not broken
-displaced two teeth and permanent nerve damage
-bitten through my lip and into my knee
-bitten chunks out of my tong
-shin bone bruised

i got a cut on my arm in the summer
i got sick
i fell real bad
i hit my head waking up about 33 days ago
i got a minor case of frostbite last week on my middle finger
my toes get cold when i ski sometimes
when i cough it sounds weird
i got a pricker in my thumb this summer
i belly flopped into my pool real bad

some of u guys got hurt often ^^

i once ripped (u say it that way?) my meniscus, but apart from that no serious injuries (and i'm happy about that :) )

one real nasty one riding mx-like left in meat wagon in hospitol for a week wondering where I was  (overshot a 70ft table to the flat landed in kind of a half rotated backflip)

a shit load of non claimable ones from skiing mx etc

--Other

tore up an ass load of muscle tendions etc in my right foot playing soccer 3 surgeries to "fix" it

I'm going to school to be an X-ray tech maybe I have a shot of skiping the OJT haha

handlebar continues through my leg and cracked the cap of my femur.

dislocated ac joint in shoulder with surgery

broken sternum

3 times broken ankles

6 badly sprained ankles

3 times broken nose

cracked jaw

torn tendons in wrist

couple inch long fiberglass shard go through my finger, stuck out through both sides- most painful

Broken phalange in pinky from jumping and spinning in my room.

Other than that I have never really had a major injury I had to visit a doctor for. Maybe except for when I ripped most the skin off my shin with a razor when I as like 5.
