I made a pair of soap shoes out of some cutting board and some old skate shoes. i thought it would help me with my balance and mabey my 270 on and off rails. i havent got the grove all the way in the middle yet .

I just wanted so input on if it would help my skiing and if it was cool. or if i would just look like a dork in my school hitting rails?

wait your going to run around you school sliding rails on these shoes? sounds like a bad idea and a much easier idea would be to practice your 270 on/off on a nice small rail/box

Anyway, MR. THREAD CREATOR!!! Learn now and quick that no one here gives a shit, and no one here goes to your school.  So who knows, maybe youd be the most badass kid in school or maybe you could hang out with the cat-ear kids.  Either way do it if you want to.

that reminds me of when grade 10. we put big socks over our shoes and we would do 15-20 stair handrails in our school during lunch. We would do switch ups, 270 outs , 450 outs... it was sick, every lunch time there would be a huge crowd of people watching us and the hallways would get too crowded to move. everytime we would land something ill, people would go nuts. After a week though security was on the ball and the school banned socks and suspended people. id do it again so... do it!

you are a genius, I'm going to try that. Wouldn't you just slide off though?

Anyways, to the thread creator, I did the same thing but with a lexan water bottle and it failed terribly lol. The glue stuff I used didn't dry properly after like 24 hours so I tried to slide something and got glue all over it lol.

Did you get this off of instructables by any chance?

haha, lay off MR. THREAD CREATOR. He's barely figured out how to work his laptop, much less nail internet forum etiquette.

Soaps are like inlines with no wheels.. They are pretty lamo, but when your in HS theres not much better to do between classes.

Ill grab some footage of lemons eating shit on a staircase handrail tomorrow.

yeah i did i just screwed down into them from the inside, i started to grind a arch in them so they would slide better on te rails.
