Does anyone know how much prize money there will be for the downtown showdown in Portland, ME this year?

nah I'm not but, just trying to get an idea of who will be there because I'm going to go watch it. Looks like they have some sick sponsors though so hopefully it will be good. As far getting a spot in the event there's a qualifying event at sunday river tomorrow.

Yeah unfortunately I can't make it to that...

But that is only 3 skiers getting in, plus 3 skiers from a sugarbush qual they held (i think)

so that leaves 10 spots TBD... I sent them an email hopefuly I can get a spot

Emailed the guy from SR whos contact info is on the DS site with comp results from this year.

He told me they were sending out the official rider invitations tomorrow though so you might be a bit late, but no harm in trying
