What do you think of rasta colors?

just on ski gear now. poles, skis, etc.

I just want to know honest opinions and maybe a reason or two.

rasta colors are sick if you limit them.....pick a hat, goggles, poles or bandana and it looks sick......just dont over do it

Of all the places to see rasta colours...surely Jah never envisioned seeing his disciples skiing on snowy peaks let alone in the hot aridness of africa...unlesss.....

Tanner must be the whitest Rastafa I've seen. He's starting to live, breathe, and ski Rasta...His 09/10 boot represents...This New Outerwear represents...He's growing dreads represents...His weed represents..and he even dialed in a rasta performance on the second Dew Tour stop..

When you have attained enlightenment...what else do you have to prove?? Really...what?

Watched a TV show here recently called "An Aussie goes Calypso" where a cricket fan follows Australia's tour of the West Indies.

As he was over there he visited a rastafarian sorta shrine, and learned about the culture and lifestyle behind it all (for example the large role herb plays, they showed rasta children as young as ten using it spiritually).  very peaceful.

ATM with Tanner bringing the culture out there, i think it is cool, but it shouldn't go super over the top (love the pro model goggles, boots etc.. though). Candide has had the "rastafaride" series as well....

Even though i like the culture, reggae music, colours, etc.. i could never live the way rastafarians do, its not my blood, ethinicity, religous beliefs.

When I was younger and more stupid than I currently am, I rocked them because of the love for all that I saw in the religion.

I really don't think you have to know anything about the culture to wear the colors. Would I get pissed at an Austrian wearing all red whit and blue. No way. Wear what you think looks cool and is comfortable. I always try and ride the lift with the kid in red, gree, and yellow/gold (whatever), better chance of getting smoked up.

it looks cool but if you over use it i dont like it....like if you have boot with like a rasta power strap would look sick or rasta buckles but not to much

I think the colors look cool together, but to be honest its pretty ignorant/offensive for rich white americans to wear rastafarian colors. thats why i dont

i think they are pretty cool colors when worn right

Too much is ugly and not enough is kinda wierd  i think there is a good median but its all personal preferance

sometimes i wear my rasta color jacket, and i dont really like how it looks on me but its down and i wear it when im cold. simply to keep me warm. but sometimes ill wear green and yellow, and it looks rasta cause my gogs and gloves are red. but whatever, i think rasta colors are sick either way.
