Text in Premiere 6.5

In alot of the ski videos the text has really cool effects. Can I do this with premiere 6.5. Someone said that i can do it with after effects which is included in premiere 6.5. Anyone able to help me?

you can do none of them straight up in premiere. with a lot of toying around with different things, you can make some of them, but it takes a great deal of time. 99% of those effects you see in movies are made by the company, and are unique and not available to anyone else. It'd be very un professional for a compny simply to slap a few effects over their text and call it a day.
