The shin bang that is....
Training for a kickboxing fight is much much worse... my shins are FUCKED
I think i'd cry if I tried to go skiing, but that doesn't matter cause I have no money and no pass. anybody wanna drive me and pay for my ticket?
but seriously my shins are black and blue and warm to the touch, it sucks
so fuck you guys and your skiing

Yea its my first fight, so I am currently in the process of beating my shins harder than I ever have
An old teacher of mine used to say that it wasn't your nerves in your shins dying as you train, but its actually your body simply learning better ways to angle your shin and how to flex your shin muscle on impact. It's kind of like skiing, when you first start out you can get a crazy workout because everything is so hard. but as you get better and your technique develops you have to exert less and less energy to get down the moutain.
