my head is fine, (but i agree with all you right now), but I like hyperextended my elbow, and tore a ligament.  Not fun.  And anyways, that is what happens in your neck.  the ligaments and tendons are just streached to their max.

last week i got major whiplash hitting this jump we made at my friends house it was a pretty big jump for a flat landing and i spun too early doin a 3 and set me off balance and landed on my collar bone and whipped my head to the side, i could barely turn it the next 2 days
