rails, sometimes

sometimes i can do rails, other times not. i am so scared right before i got to rails it gets to me. anyone else like this, what do you suggest i do? i often times come up short on rail's too. last season before i racked myself i was never scared, and could do a rail like nothing, but since then i fear them and can get them probably 2 out of 5 trys

it's all mental picture yourself nailing the rail easily and don't think of screwing up or falling but what do i know i suck

I have this problem too except I was never able to do rails before. I have some sort of mental block that doesn't let me get on rails right. try screaming at it or something, you gotta make it your bitch instead of the other way around.
