Hi guys im newish to the forum here so i dont know whether this is a repeated question or not. But any ways im having trouble getting grabs into my spins. I can spin up to 9 but cant grab anytihng, i even have trouble with 3s. I can do all the grabs with straights airs and 180s. Id also like some tips on getting the corked rotation. Ive popped my shoulder way too many times to try this and majorly screw up, will i generally land on my feet.
