Nordica Boots, No one Wearing?

It seems like everyone on this forum wears either Tecnica or Salomon boots. I got the Nordica Spark boot and love how comfortable it is. Does anyone know anything about this boot? Anyone else riding it?

Just seems no one talks about it. How park oriented are they?

up to a couple weeks ago ive always rented boots, but now I went to the shop and took the time to fit some. The ones I got were nordica's, sportsomething 12's, cant recall the exact name right now :P

they simply fit the best for me, from the ones they had (tried about 7 different boots I think), so I got them. sadly cant compare them to other proper boots that were new as I used to rent them...

to bad they are so narrow. but it seems like the most populer brands are salomon(spks) darbello(rampages) and full tilt(hot dogger/booter/high five)

I can only wear nordica boots. they are the only things that even really fit me.

I rock supercharger ignitions for park/everyday skiing.. and nordica hotrod 130's for when its a powder day or something.

far and away sickest quiver I've ever had...

i picked up a pair of sparks last year at the end of the season so i only got one day on them but i loved them. most comfortable boot ive ever had  hands down

for a foot with a higher instep, i havent found a series of boots that fits better than the speedmachine line.

The boots I wear are last years nordica superchager sparks. They fit great on me. At the ski shop I tried on so many boots. I really wanted the notorious SPK boot but I was literaly floating in them. The Nordicas are great, nice and snug on my feet. They even come with a booster strap which helps the shin bang.

Yea they are great boots.

Nordica makes very high quality boots. I had them, I can't remember what model, but this year I moved to the Salomon Ghost. Such a sick boot. More companies should follow Nordica's lead and integrate booster straps into the boots from the get go. I've never used them, nor have I felt the need(no shinbang in my skiing career yet), but I've heard so much good things about them that why not?

A good boot for park is the one that fits your foot and has the flex you like. If you have both of these, everything else is secondary.

nah, sportmachine is the boot taking the place of the ever popular beast last, which is being retired after this year.

we sell the beast sell (flash/spark/ignition/beast/sportmachine) at almost a 2:1 ration of the other brands we carry (dalbello, tecnica, salomon) that shell fits such a huge variety of feet, its unbelieveable. its only on newschoolers that nordica isnt hugely popular, as they are the number one seller of boots again, but a sizeable margin

guys nordica boots are sick i think everone should check them out. i highly recommended them. really comfterbol and they still have a really good fit to giver you grate performance.

ya i got nordica supercharger ignitions this year and they r really comfortable to ride in and nordica is really the only brand that fits my foot.

I ride Speedmachine 12's. Although they needed a lot of punching they're the only boots give me a solid heal hold.

im using nordicas now. i have a "duck" shaped foot with a high instep and nordicas fit me the best.

Ah interesting. I obviously need to speak to the rep a bit more haha

As popular as the beast last is, i would say that speedmachines are our biggest nordica seller

You sure its the beast last? After talking with my nordy rep, I was conveyed that it was replacing the GTS or something..

Could be wrong though...

either way, I love my supercharger ignitions. fantaastic boot.

100% positive. sportmachine has the same interior specifications as the beast with nordicas natural foot stance (abducted from the heel). the one series is replacing the gts. now they just need to upgrade their liners to match the ones they have in the flash/spark/ignition/blower in terms of quality and comfort (the sportmachine ones feel cheap) and its a killer boot.

yeah.. i just threw them on in a side by side comparison today... sportmachine feels EXACTLY like the beast 12...

seems like they have the old beast liners in them this year though... that would be sick if they make next years ignition lineup with that natural foot stance shit.. i might even get another pair proformed next year, if thats the case since i have a bit of duck stance.

speedmachine 8s? mebbe 10s? i cant remember the number haha. but they are like 100 flex and fit my feet well. pretty much perfect.

i have nordica ignitions and i swim in them, my feet are kinda narrow, but not that bad. i think in the future i will go with full tilt

noridca and dalbello have the narrowest lasts for freestyle boots on the market. the SPK are extremely wide and they use a cheaper liner which sux! i have had them for only a season and im sellin them to get some nordicas. alot of the people i ride with have nordica. King of Boots baby!

Nordica doesn't have an overly narrow last in their freestyle lineup
The beast/ignition last is 101mm man - i don't call that narrow
