BrentizzleLove it man! What are your wheel specs?
plyswthsqrrlsthanks man
18x9.5 +32
18x10.5 -3
camber ain't for everyone, that's for true. But it was necessary to get these wheels to fit

coll_me_tittis Yea bruh
*rkp*you're in it that far.. why wouldn't you go with appropriate bodywork to get proper fitment/alignment specs?
Even some colormatched riveted over-fenders would look pretty good on that thing.
how does it "handle"?
BrentizzleThat's rad. I'm running 18x9.5 +23 front and back on my gen 1. Camber plates and arms are my next step in the quest for moar low.
SFBsick ride bruh

GIFWhy the fuck would you make a car so fucking terrible looking and impossible to drive? Why do you need camber let alone an ungodly amount that doesn't benefit performance at all. You wouldn't even take those shitboxes on a track, people would just laugh at your stupidity

Granite_StateThe same reason people by Air Jordan's but don't play basketball. It's a style. I like driving a lowered car, wheel gap looks fucking stupid. People may laugh at me but that's fine, I laugh at the clowns that drive lifted trucks that get 10 mpg. You know why? Because that STYLE (yes lifted trucks is a style, most are hardly more functional than they would be with stock tires and suspension)is really, really stupid. The hate towards lowered/stanced cars has always been there, you aren't the first to bitch about it. But you'll learn quickly that people who drive cars like these really don't give a shit about what you have to say.
Also I know more than you.
plyswthsqrrlsLol alright mister track guy, if you really think track cars don't use camber for better cornering and traction, then you really don't know much about cars or driving. In this case, the camber is necessary to fit the wheels, and it is not a race car.
If you think my car looks horrible, that's cool I don't really mind, but the photographers who want to feature the car seem to like it and most importantly I like it. Didn't build it for you.
This car is slow. It will always be slow no matter how much cash I throw at it, so I built it to push the boundaries of aggressive fitment on this platform. If I wanted a track car, I wouldn't have a NA hatchback...
It's like asking why skiers wear baggy pants and tall tee's, does it really help your performance on the mountain? No, you think it looks good (so do I), and we could really give two shits what other people have to say about it

GIFI really don't get why you had to say you know more than me. You also said nothing with any backing, it was all emotional opinions. Your friend above you seemed a little more educated...

Granite_StateBecause I probably do, and because I get sick of kids like you bashing peoples hard work. You say you respect them but make a post like that? You're lying man, or can't make up your mind.
I know how much effort and money it takes to make a car look like that. You need to know suspension, geometry, the necessary hardware upgrades. Then (assuming this kid did it himself) you need to know how to install all that shit, and to do it correctly. I've done my own suspension and exhaust work and its taken hours of online reading and days installing the parts correctly. To do all that just to have some ignorant kid bash it can piss people off.
I'm glad you back tracked a bit and realized it has almost nothing to do with performance. The only time that much camber would ever be necessary would be for drifting, but since that's a fwd car any person with any car knowledge would know that it is solely for looks.
I guess I need to chill, I just don't think there is a need for this shit in here.
Skittle.its funny how everybody hates on a mazda thats slammed but love a good slammed bimmer;)
SFB1. because that bimmer isnt scraping the ground
2. the wheels arent sticking out at a 45 degree angle
3. mazda hatchbacks are lesbian as hell
4. bmws are cool
Skittle.its funny how everybody hates on a mazda thats slammed but love a good slammed bimmer;)
GIFI do have extreme respect for all of the work and skill it took to get your car to look the way you wanted it to. I also misunderstood the reason why your culture cambers their wheels. I was under the impression that you thought it was for performance when racing camber is very minimal.
On another note I am a big mountain skier who actually does not where ridiculously baggy clothes and I always thought it looked pretty silly.
special-JI hate your car, but that is a great response
SFBbro that car is gay af

LucasYou get so butt hurt when someone hates on your sweet stance nation-mobile and then go right on to hate on something else.
AT LEAST THOSE IDIOTS WITH LIFTED TRUCKS CAN DRIVE OVER SPEED BUMPS.
Granite_StateAT LEAST I DON'T HAVE TO SPEND OVER $100 TO FILL MY TANK. AT LEAST I DON'T HAVE A SMALL DICK.
But really, I never "hated" on trucks. I said I don't like them. They are just about as practical as a lowered car. And I never personally attacked someones truck. So your point is a little off.
And no one has hated on my "sweet stance nation-mobile", I was just trying to defend someone's hard work from an ignorant comment.
Granite_StateI know you are just trolling but you sound really, really stupid. Like it's not even funny. In fact, you in general are becoming less and less funny.
Also your crv (if that is your actual car) is lesbian as hell, but I'm sure you already know that.
SFBlol u mad. but im not trolling at all, that is probably the gayest car ive ever seen in my life. also my crv will run well over 300k, gets about 25mpg, and the insurance is very cheap, parts are cheap as hell, i dont look like a retard driving it, its extremely reliable, and i cant remember the last time i actually had to repair something on it
Granite_StateBut I agree with seacaptain, lets leave this bullshit out of this thread.
plyswthsqrrlsI appreciate the respect, even if you hate the look it's cool to see you still can appreciate it
definitely not for performance purposes, it's just the only way these wheels will fit and be drivable (yes, it is drivable)
and fair enough on the baggy clothes thing, picked the wrong analogy there lol
lol you seem to have a special kind of hatred for it, and I like that
GIFI like you much more than I like that Granite Slate jerk. I do have respect for your car although it wouldn't be my first choice. But, now that I have bashed on your car have a go at mine...
Granite_StateI know I'm such a jerk for calling you out! Shame on me!
GIFHe called me out as well but in a much more understanding and respectful way.
