^I went up today, it was pretty fun. Today was my first day up, so I don't know how the park compares to last weekend, but it was fun. Doing tricks on the handrail would not be much different than doing tricks on other handrails. I think some kids were spinning on and stuff.

it was alright today. coverage on challenger is pretty thin. mostly we just messed around on the groomers bonking off shit and whatever. we need more snow for sure

yeah alex and i went up today and it was just kinda a mess around day.  we didn't hit challenger and mostly stayed on mr. k or whatever that run is called.  we just need some more snow and we'll be set.

i didn't yell at any newschoolers. i had red pants with a greyish puffy jacket and a white helmet.  alex and i were the kids afterbanging everything we could find including traverses, rollers and when we got off of the chair lift.

ahahaha i think i saw you, but you werent him. im pretty sure he had a green jacket, but he had a black helmet with a little ns sticker. and apparently he saw the giant one on my helmet, but i was confused lol so i didnt stop to figure out who he was

also, a general question for you guys...

i broke my ski today at Great Divide... got a good offer on some brand new Atomic Urban Punx... are they any good??? i'm still new to the ski game, and i really don't know much about Atomic's just yet.

Depends on your weight and how hard you ski and wreck. I went through two pairs last winter. The first pair I broke the first day on them from casing a jump, The second pair slowly broke over time from backseat landings. My computer is about to die but feel free to PM me if you have more questions.

Ahhh it was dope!  Still had to be a little careful of rocks but such a good pow day for early December.  I got chair 5 on challenger.  No crowds all day!

it's good to remain hopeful... but yesterday was fucking sick. got last chair right before patrol on challenger though, thought i'd hit some secret spots, and even there the pow was starting to get pretty tracked up. nevertheless, i'm sure you'll find some snow to your liking if you go up. it started snowing at the end of the day so hopefully it brought a few fresh inches. good luck!

the good thing about cold is no one goes out. if it snows, there should be tons of fresh cuz no one will be tracking it out.
there was a day 3 winters ago when it was -15 (the minimum needed for lifts to actually spin), and we had gotten like 8 inches. the mountain was EMPTY. i couldn't feel my legs or arms, but the snow was so good, i couldn't stop lapping

yeah. fun snow got some good pow in the trees off of challenger. but it was freezing. i dont think im going up tomorrow. today was a high of what 19? tomorrow high of 2? i think not lol.
